Green Mount's Products Return Policy

All GREEN MOUNT products have 12-Month warranty.In this warranty period, we only offer “EXCHANGE” service.We will send you a new product for free.

You can contact us for exchanging the product if you bought it from the GREEN MOUNT official website.

For exchange procedures: a) Send us an e-mail or contact us (greenmountshopify@outlook.com), and show us the purchase order and a short description of the issue. For more expedite process please provide photos or videos for the problematic parts of the product. b) Then, we will resolve your issue as soon as possible.

After return confirmed, it will take 3-5 processing days to prepare and deliver the new item to you. Normally the shipping time will take 7 business days.
